THE Semi-custom homes are pre-designed home styles and pre-existing floor plans. These homes are built on land owned by the builder. But the buyer can choice a custom lot and build one of our Semi-custom home designs.
With our semi-custom home design, you the buyer can chose feature options and make layout changes prior to the start of construction. Changes can include increasing a room size to adding a RV Garage and etc. Typically these homes can be completed quicker and for less cost, than a custom home.

The custom homes are a one-of-a-kind home designed specifically for you the buyer.
These homes are typically in a location chosen by the buyer. We are mindful when we sit down and walk you through our design process. All designs will provide a 3D view rendering for you to virtually walk through your custom dream home. Everything from the floor plan to the type of kitchen sink you want is personalized and tailored to meet the buyers high-end needs.
